I've tried Pho a handful of times and always thought it was ok. It wasn't until my wife and I decided to go to Pho Bistro for a Tuesday lunch date and it completely changed my mind. We ordered the #14 Pho Tai Nam and it was absolutely delicious! The Pho came out hot and with the freshest of Ingredients. We also ordered the #54 Com Bo Luc Lac. It was a stir fried steak and onions served with steamed rice. It was fantastic! Our waitress was great. She was very polite and attentive. She recommended the #54 and we ran with it. Her recommendation did not disappoint! I highly recommend Pho Bistro. If you're in Slidell or passing through the area it is most certainly a top contender and a must try. Stop in and have a seat, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve had pho plenty of times but this one has me in a chokehold. I mean it was soooo good. This will be my go to from now on. I ordered the fried wonton and it was delicious (especially because I was skeptical at first lol). I also ordered Pho Ga and it was top tier. If you’re reading this please go try it

I ordered the Banh Mi Chicken sandwich. It has lots of grilled chicken, carrots, cucumber, and amazing buttered mayo on French bread. I ordered mine without the jalapenos and cilantro. I also ordered the deep fried calamari. The calamari was delicious, the batter was perfect, and comes with chili sauce for dipping. My wife ordered Pho Thai, a soup with broth, sliced beef, noodles, sprouts, lime, jalapenos, and cilantro. She rates it 10/10 and I would agree, it’s an amazing dish! We ordered everything Togo, and if u do too, ask for the Togo bowl! It’s perfect for adding everything into the soup. I added pictures of our dinner, so maybe you will see why we enjoyed it.

It's about as authentic as you can get without hopping on a plane and going to Vietnam. When I visit Slidell it's usually one of my first stops, if for nothing else, a couple orders of spring rolls. Absolutely delicious food.

Delicious BBH, Pho and Nem nuong Spring Rolls! The crab rangoons are phenomenal!! Friendly staff and great service! When in Slidell this is a must stop when in the mood for Vietnamese food!!

Fantastic Pho, pork bao,& pork spring rolls. Pho FLAVOR veggies so fresh delicious and plenty, noodles yum and the accoutrements FRESH. Spring rolls Peanut sauce omgoodness the 2 sauces with bao...on point pork seaoned well and weas tender. I dont like any gristle which there is always a smidgen regardless it was very good.atmosphere was fine. Lemongrass chicken also seasoned perfectly with tender meat and again delicious rice noodles. Server was very nice, and prompt with everything she has going on.

So delicious! My favorite place to get Pho in Slidell. Fast service, clean dining room and friendly staff. I should have snapped a pic but I gobbled it down so fast I forgot
